Novareté (Formally known as The Ethics Engine) is a web application that moves an organization’s core values out of the handbook and into the culture where it serves as a guidepost for excellence. Their online platform works with an organizations current values framework to create stronger relationships, encourage team harmony, and boost overall performance.  AVISO designed the complex UI and UX for both the user front and the administration interface.
