CLIENT: Telehealth
MARKET POSITION: Provider of healthcare-grade televisions, patient education systems, and hospital communications

BACKGROUND:
Telehealth is a division of Telerent Leasing Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Global 500 corporation ITOCHU International, New York, New York. Telehealth services, designs, installs and supports interactive television systems, TIGR and TIGRNet systems, and communication systems in more than 2,000 U.S. hospitals. Telehealth is providing financing for the Mobile Workstations On-Demand program through its affiliate, TLC HealthCare Finance.

CHALLENGE:
In order for TeleHealth Services to successfully reposition itself and improve market share, they needed to reestablish a strong corporate brand right out of the gates. AVISO was challenged to create a new identity, custom photo library, internet and intranet properties, and increase traffic to their website, which was their major sales tool. As with many companies, TeleHealth Services had tight deadlines, and needed to keep the new brand under wraps until the release date.

SOLUTION:
AVISO developed a fully integrated branding solution allowing for a flexible new identity system that could be carried across multiple touch points for multiple audiences. To ease the transition for TeleHealth Services employees, we designed both a complete CMS and interactive solutions including an extensive SEO strategy. The CMS was redesigned and a separate brand identity guidelines website was built, allowing employees to “self-serve” the new identity assets. Externally, a corporate website with customized photos communicated important messaging to consumers and hospital decision makers. TeleHealth went from 50 visitors a month and less than 1 average sales lead in a 30 day period to over 4000 visitors and 50 sales leads in 30 days of the new site being launched.
